Lenten Services for March

As we enter the holy season of Great Lent, our parish will gather not only on Sundays but also on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the month of March for the traditional weekday services of the Fast. These services help us slow down, pray more deeply, and prepare our hearts for the joy of Pascha.

Wednesdays – Divine Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts

A quiet and beautiful Lenten service that offers Holy Communion in the middle of the week, helping us stay anchored in prayer and repentance.

Fridays – Salutations & the Akathist Hymn

Each Friday evening we chant the Salutations to the Theotokos, culminating in the full Akathist Hymn. This beloved service invites us to stand before the Mother of God with gratitude and hope.

Sundays – Divine Liturgy

We continue to celebrate the Divine Liturgy each Sunday morning, marking the Sundays of Lent with their unique themes and hymns.

Καθώς πορευόμαστε στη Μεγάλη Τεσσαρακοστή, η ενορία μας θα τελεί όχι μόνο τις Κυριακάτικες Ακολουθίες, αλλά και εβδομαδιαίες ακολουθίες κάθε Τετάρτη και Παρασκευή κατά τον μήνα Μάρτιο. Οι ακολουθίες αυτές μάς βοηθούν να ενισχύσουμε την προσευχή μας και να προετοιμάσουμε την καρδιά μας για το Άγιο Πάσχα

Τετάρτη – Προηγιασμένη Θεία Λειτουργία

Μια κατανυκτική ακολουθία της Τεσσαρακοστής, που μας προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα να κοινωνήσουμε μέσα στην εβδομάδα.

Παρασκευή – Χαιρετισμοί και Ακάθιστος Ύμνος

Κάθε Παρασκευή ψάλλουμε τους Χαιρετισμούς προς την Υπεραγία Θεοτόκο, με αποκορύφωμα τον Ακάθιστο Ύμνο.

Οι Κυριακάτικες Ακολουθίες συνεχίζονται κανονικά, με τις ιδιαίτερες θεματικές κάθε Κυριακής της Τεσσαρακοστής.

Όλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι να συμμετάσχουν και να προσευχηθούν μαζί μας σε αυτή την ιερή περίοδο.
